-Items are to be returned for in-store credit ONLY, issued in the form of store credit (good for 90-days) sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. Refunds are only issued if an exchange purchase has been made (please see below)

-Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached (no exceptions)

-All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking info. (No exceptions) Please allow 5-7 days for your return package to arrive to us (to ensure your return is received within the 14-day time-frame) & keep a record of your return tracking number.

-Items returned outside of the 14 days time frame will be shipped back to you at your expense using the credit card number we have on file.

-Items NOT eligible for returns include: Sale/Clearance Items, jewelry, undergarments, socks, scarves, belts, hats or hair accessories and Gift Cards.

-Shipping on all returns is your responsibility and is non-refundable, unless we make a mistake at Lennon & Willow. If you feel you have received defective merchandise or were shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

-Returns will be processed 2-3 business days after your item(s) have been received, issued in form of a gift card (good for 90 days) sent via email provided to us at checkout
